Digital Spine GmbH with its venture “Aufzughelden” is a team of elevator experts, IoT developers and specialists from the fields of Data Science, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. They draw on the experience of 90 years of elevator construction. Their goal is to provide software solutions for smart buildings and elevators.

The challenge

The unification of CRM, service and marketing solutions

The initial situation

Due to growing challenges, it was essential for Digital Spine GmbH to unify its heterogeneous system landscape consisting of CRM, service and marketing solutions.
The increasing volume of data and growing demands on marketing and customer service made Salesforce the logical choice as the “single source of truth” for this project.

Our solution approach

In the first step, we defined the process-related use cases together with our customer and developed a solution approach from this. The second step focused on migrating all data from the existing systems to ensure a seamless transition.

In addition, profound automations were used to streamline evolved processes and map them in a scalable manner.

In a further step, the system platform specially developed by Digital Spine GmbH will be integrated with Salesforce.

Customer success

The end goal was for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Pardot to seamlessly integrate with Survey Monkely, creating a 360-degree view of the customer.

Salesforce Clouds, Third-Party Tools & Integrations Used

In order to live up to the motto “Single Source of Truth”, we developed a solution that uses the Sales Cloud, the Service Cloud as well as Pardot.

With SurveyMonkey, an external system was integrated that will enable evaluations of customer surveys in the future.
